We don’t want you to feel nervous, or unsure about what to expect if you are invited to an interview with us. In fact it is quite the opposite. We want you to feel confident and prepared, so you can present yourself in the best light possible.

Presentation is extremely important, and this starts with your CV. This is the first chance for you to make a good impression. If your CV stands out and we think you may be suitable for the position, you will receive an email from one of our recruitment team. They will introduce themselves as your dedicated recruitment officer, and your point of contact from that point on. They will also let you know what number they will call you from. It is a good idea that you save this number, so you are prepared when they call you.

The first stage of the recruitment process is a telephone interview. This is nothing to worry about, it's just a chat so we can find out a little more about you. However, bear in mind that many of our positions require you to talk to our customers. Do not miss this opportunity to show off your excellent telephone manner. 

If you impress us at this stage, we will then invite you to come into the offices for a formal interview. Remember what we said about making a good impression? Make sure you dress appropriately, in formal office attire, and arrive promptly. It also helps to be armed with an understanding of our business, and the industry that we work in. On arrival you will be shown into a meeting room and asked to fill out an application form. You will also be given a short assessment to complete. Don’t panic, this is just a basic literacy and numeracy test. We need to know that you are competent enough to input customers’ details correctly. For this reason we test your spelling and your ability to read numbers and problem solve. Don’t worry if you’re not great at exams, we take everything into consideration, and as we said it is very basic.

Once you have completed the assessment you will be joined by your recruitment officer who will conduct the interview. They will question you about your past experience. You will be asked to give examples of times you have been faced with problems at work, and the ways in which you overcame those problems.
