Here at We Fight Any Claim, we are proud to be a large employer in south Wales. We aim to provide all of our staff with the best working environment available, and are always looking at ways in which we can make our working culture even more positive.

Everyone who works at We Fight Any Claim is entitled to join Chorlton’s Members Club, a benefits package created by and named after our chairman, Simon Chorlton. Chorlton’s Members Club has a number of core benefits ranging from reduced price cinema tickets and money off eating out, to full resort membership of the exclusive facilities at The Celtic Manor Resort.

Alongside this, we also have a strong relationship with a range of local organisations such as the Dragons, offering exclusive discounts to events and freebies to our staff. 

In November 2015, we were awarded an Investors in People Gold standard award as recognition for our great working environment and our people management practices.

This fantastic business achievement reflects the investment made in ensuring we are the ‘employer of choice’ in our local area, and that our workforce really is at the heart of everything we do.

The Investors in People website states that “By meeting the Investors in People standard, you can be confident you're amongst the very best in the world, when it comes to people management.”

We are so proud that we not just met, but exceeded, the Investors in People standard to achieve gold. However, we are always striving to achieve more. 

Gold was an amazing achievement for us, but we don’t want to stop there.

We are now starting our bid to achieve Investors in People Platinum standard.

To reach platinum, we will have to work even harder to prove that we are a great place to work, and that we really care about creating the best prospectives for our staff.

There are 9 key indicators which we will have to achieve at an ‘advanced’ and ‘high performance’ level in order to receive the platinum accreditation. More information about the criteria is available here.

The rigorous assessment process will include visits by Investors in People representatives, interviews with lots of employees across the business and assessments of our recruitment and training processes, communication platforms and a range of other elements.

We are entirely confident that we deserve Investors in People Platinum accreditation, and we can’t wait to let our workplace shine during the assessment process.
