Are you interested in a position with us? Are you looking to find out a little more about the recruitment process? Well you have come to the right place! We don’t want you to feel nervous, or unsure about what to expect if you are invited to an interview with us. In fact it is quite the opposite. We want you to feel confident and prepared, so you can present yourself in the best light possible.

First Impressions Count

Presentation is extremely important, and this starts with your CV. This is the first chance for you to make a good impression. If you are yet to submit one to us, why not visit our careers advice page where you will find a handy guide on making your CV the best it can be. You can also find a selection of interview techniques to help you feel prepared.

Point of Contact

If your CV stands out and we think you may be suitable for the position, you will receive an email from one of our recruitment team. They will introduce themselves as your dedicated recruitment officer, and your point of contact from that point on.

Telephone Interview

The first stage of the recruitment process is a telephone interview. This is nothing to worry about, it's just a chat so we can find out a little more about you. However, bear in mind that many of our positions require you to talk to our customers. Do not miss this opportunity to show off your excellent telephone manner.

Formal Interview

If you impress us on your telephone interview we will invite you to come into the offices for a formal interview. Make sure you dress appropriately and arrive promptly. It also helps to be armed with an understanding of our business, and the industry that we work in. Visit our main website to find out all the information you will need about We Fight Any Claim and the PPI industry.

On arrival you will be asked to fill out an application form and will be given a short assessment to complete. Don’t panic, this is just a basic literacy and numeracy test. We need to know that you are competent enough to input customers’ details correctly.

Once you have completed the assessment you will be joined by your recruitment officer who will be conducting the interview. They will question you about your past experience. You will be asked to give examples of times you have been faced with problems at work, and the ways in which you overcame those problems.

We're always looking for outstanding individuals to join the WFAC team, will you be the next?
