It can feel quite daunting when you walk into a new environment for the first time, whether it’s to attend an interview or for your first day in a new job.

We might not be able to settle all the nerves, but by introducing a couple of the key departments you’ll interact with when you first arrive, we hope to make those initial steps a little easier! So, here are our recruitment and training teams….


Your first work related encounter with We Fight Any Claim will probably be with one of the recruitment team – they deal with all enquiries, conduct telephone interviews and organise the face to face interviews you’ll have to attend as your application progresses.

Holly Griffiths - Recruitment Manager

Holly joined the group 12 years ago, and has worked across several departments including Outbound, Reception and Admin where she held the role of deputy team leader. Holly joined the recruitment team three years ago and has recently completed a counselling course at university.

Carla Galamas - Recruitment Officer

Carla joined We Fight Any Claim two years ago after working as a retail supervisor in Newport. She started her career in Outbound then Admin, but moved to recruitment in October 2014. Carla conducts a lot of the telephone interviews used as the first stage of our interview process, so if you have one – you’ll probably speak to Carla!


Everyone who begins working at We Fight Any Claim will undergo an initial training period, the length of which depends on the role applied for. Most advisor positions start with a two week induction course in our on-site training facility.

The team continue to support new employees after they move into the call centre by providing ‘on the job’ training and coaching, whilst you put everything you have learnt in the class room environment into practise. The training team also provide career development and further training in house, as you progress your career with us at WFAC. Meet the team…

Craig Francis – Senior Trainer

Craig has been with the company for over three years, starting as an Outbound Agent his hard work within the company was quickly recognised and Craig was rewarded with rapid progressions. After moving from Outbound, Craig fulfilled a variety of roles here at WFAC before joining the Training team two years ago. Craig has a City and Guilds Train the Trainer qualification and successfully completed in house training and management training courses.

Georgia Long – Trainer

Georgia began her time at We Fight Any Claim working as an agent for six months, and was then promoted to support team leader, followed by promotion to supervisor running her very own team. She is now a Trainer within the business and works as part of the team responsible for training new and existing agents, and providing support where needed to the agents on the sales floor. Georgia holds a City & Guilds qualification in Train the Trainer.
