We Fight Any Claim staff members collect for Tenovus

A team of six from our 100 Nominated Act of Kindness volunteers have been busy raising money for Tenovus, a cancer charity that works towards bringing care, treatment, support and research to the heart of our communities.

For their Nominated Act of Kindness the group of volunteers took part in bucket collections at local Aldi and Morrisons stores for the Welsh cancer charity Tenovus who work towards bringing care, treatment, support and research to the heart of our communities.

Between 12-3pm the volunteers raised an impressive £255.33, which along with dress down money collections,  meant a total of £528.71 was raised on the day – a tremendous effort!

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, We Fight Any Claim have decided to support Tenovus and their ‘Buckets for Boobs’ campaign during the entire month of October.

Throughout the month various fundraising activities have been taking place, including donating each Friday’s dress down money and a Halloween event.

The team taking part in their Act of Kindness have now nominated more staff members at WFAC to also carry out a similar act. Managing Director Simon Chorlton has allowed each of the staff members who are part of the Nominated Act of Kindness to do so during working hours with full pay.
