In November 2015, We Fight Any Claim was awarded an Investors in People Gold standard for our people management practices.

This fantastic business achievement reflects the investment made in ensuring we are the ‘employer of choice’ in our local area, and that our workforce really is at the heart of everything we do as one of the leading companies in the mis-sold PPI reclaim industry.

We are now starting our bid to achieve Investors in People Platinum standard.

To reach platinum, we will have to work even harder to prove that we are a great place to work, and that we really care about creating the best prospects for our staff.

There are 9 key indicators which we will have to achieve at an ‘advanced’ and ‘high performance’ level in order to receive the platinum accreditation.

The rigorous assessment process will include visits by Investors in People representatives, interviews with lots of employees across the business and assessments of our recruitment and training processes, communication platforms and a range of other elements.

We are entirely confident that we deserve Investors in People Platinum accreditation, and we can’t wait to let our workplace shine during the assessment process.

What is Investors in People?

Investors in People is the internationally recognised organisation who has set the standard for better people management since 1991. IiP representatives have over 25 years’ experience in benchmarking and assessing businesses on how they manage, support and develop their workforce.

What did the Investors in People accreditation process involve?

Gaining our IiP accreditation involved a lot of preparation and hard work from the We Fight Any Claim senior management team. They needed to ensure that we met the specific criteria outlined by Investors in People before the assessment process could even begin. The assessment took place in August 2015 and involved many employee interviews as well as observation of our everyday people management. An in-depth report was then produced and the findings shared.

How many companies have been awarded IIP status?

In 2015 when we received our accreditation, only 14,000 organisations across 75 countries held an Investors in People award. On top of that, only 7% of companies who had an award were given the GOLD standard… and we’re one of them!

How were We Fight Any Claim nominated for an award?

The in-depth report from Investors in People highlighted some incredibly positive aspects to working at We Fight Any Claim and the opportunities provided to our employees. These included our Work Small Live Big philosophy and our staff benefits package, Chorlton's Members Club. When we were contacted by IiP and asked if we would like to make a submission, we jumped at the chance to share with the panel of judges just what makes working here special.
