Work Small Live Big© was created with the aim of making WFAC the best place to work in the local area by giving more time, and money, back to our call centre staff.

If you become a member of our Outbound team, and have worked with us for at least six months, you will be entitled to receive Fridays off, paid! Enjoying an impressive 51% of your life OFF work!

Chorlton's Members Club

One of the ways in which we reward our staff for working with us, and staying with us, is to offer a wide range of staff benefits. One of our most significant staff benefits, which we call Chorlton's Members Club, is open to staff from day one, and is delivered in association with Perkbox, Nuffield Health, Torfaen Leisure Trust and The Celtic Manor Resort.

Pay progression

Providing you successfully pass your probation, your salary will increase after six months for both full time and part time staff. Also, each year, staff will receive an automatic cost of living based salary increase.

Incentive Shop

Also known as “Chorlty Chips” – each day whilst you are working you can earn points for things such as punctuality, great customer service and top attendance! Stack up your points and treat yourself. Points can be exchanged for a variety of vouchers that can be used to buy things such as music, clothes and even holidays!

Uncapped Bonus Schemes

As a member of our Outbound or Pack Chase teams you will receive immediate entry into our uncapped bonus schemes, with realistic performance based earnings that can double your annual salary.

Working Hours

All staff working full time here at WFAC are contracted to work a 35 hour week. We offer a variety of different shift patterns to suit you, but the majority of our staff will work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Extra hours will be available within the Outbound and Pack Chase departments for all staff across the business should they wish to earn some extra cash!

We want to help you plan for your future, therefore, subject to your eligibility, you will have access to our Company Pension Scheme, and as a company we will contribute to your pension pot every month.

Charity

Our staff here at WFAC are committed to fundraising for local and national charities and we encourage our staff to get involved in fundraising activities both in and out of the office. During the past year, our staff have also been donating their time to charities in our ‘Nominated Acts of Kindness’ campaign. Dress Down Fridays

As part of the WFAC working environment we encourage our staff to dig deep and get involved with charitable dress down days. By contributing a minimum of £1 a week to our charity of the month you can enjoy a casual clothes Friday!

We like to keep our staff informed and publish an internal online newsletter, ‘The Tintern Times’. As an employee we would love you to submit your ideas and stories to our comms team who’ll do their best to include them in a future edition!

Annual Christmas Party

As a WFAC employee you’ll get an invite to our exclusive Annual Christmas Party. A delicious three course meal will be on offer as well as plenty of entertainment including a DJ, house band, cabaret and a fun money casino. This is also where the Annual Awards are presented each year by our Managing Director Simon Chorlton. This is a lighthearted recognition of the performance of our staff throughout the previous year.

KC’s is our on-site staff restaurant, and it is open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon break. Serving up Starbucks coffee, cooked and continental breakfasts, baguettes and sandwiches plus a seasonally updated menu of Street Food, Classic and Vegetarian specials.

Parking

The office has substantial onsite car parking facilities, but we always encourage our staff to consider car sharing and use of public transport where convenient, to help reduce the carbon footprint of our business.

The WFAC office is wheelchair accessible and based at ground floor level. We have disabled toilet facilities and designated disabled parking spaces within our car park.
